Course Details
If you are looking to work within the health and social care sector, such as nursing, midwifery, social work, or related careers such a teaching then this is the course for you. This course will equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to begin professional work in a range of health and social care settings or provides as excellent route into higher education. The course content is delivered in a creative way enabling you to be as active, practical, and work-related as possible. - Unit 2 - Working in Health and Social Care
In the Diploma (double award) course there are 8 units - the four above PLUS:
- Unit 7 - Principles of Safe Practice in H&SC
- Unit 8 - Promoting Public Health
- Unit 14 - Physiological disorders and their care
- Unit 4 - Enquiries into Current Research in H&SC
