On this page you can find a number of tools and resources to help you if you are struggling with mental health and wellbeing.
Given the current situation, it is important to look after yourself mentally as well as physically. Although the lockdown restrictions have lifted slightly most of us are still at home. It is very important that we look after our emotional and mental health.

MindEd is a free educational resource on children and young people's mental health for all adults
Get tools and tips to from Internet Matters to support your child’s digital wellbeing on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Mind www.mind.org.ukWe provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They have also created a really useful and detailed page on coronavirus and your wellbeing.

Learning about online safety at home (ThinkUKnow)
ThinkUKnow have created a page to support parents and young people online. The site includes home activity packs with simple 15 minute activities support children's understanding of online safety at a time.
There is also parent support information for primary and secondary age groups.

Sarah Sewell
Sarah Sewell is a former secondary teacher who now runs Yes Futures, a charity which works with schools to provide intensive support programmes for children struggling with self-esteem and resilience.
They have launched Home Grown Skills, a completely free resource bank for parents and teachers to support young people's wellbeing and personal development during this period.
The series of activity sheets are designed to take between 20-50 minutes each and can easily be adapted for different ages and levels. The resources can be used independently by a child, need only a pen and paper and are fun to complete
